I am an experienced leader and strategist who has worked within the private and public sectors for over 20 years, across a range of sectors targeting local and international markets. With an emphasis on regional Australia, I partner with Boards, CEOs and Executives to grow and transform small to medium businesses with a strong customer focus.
Being truly hands on, I get to know the business, the vision, the people and the day to day operations to ensure strategic and effective commercial guidance is provided in a targeted and timely manner.
Having been born, raised and still living in regional WA, I’m passionate about the development of business within the regions. I enjoy working with people who are seeking a business partner that can demonstrate and implement the operating principles of a business in regional Australia.
In my spare time I enjoy being with my two teenage children, exploring the outdoors, playing a variety of social sports and continuing to learn the nuances of beekeeping.
